VR Care India provides advisory services including hospital operations management, operational audits, accreditation support, turnaround consulting, project planning, feasibility studies, SOP development, and leadership training.
All services provided by VR Care India are purely advisory, operational, and administrative in nature. We do not provide, and our services do not constitute, direct medical treatment, clinical care, diagnosis, or any form of medical advice.
Users agree to lawful use only. Prohibited activities include violating laws, transmitting spam, attempting unauthorized access, restricting others' use, data scraping, uploading malware, and impersonation. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the website for users who violate these conditions.
All content on this website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, brochures, case studies, frameworks, methodologies, and software — is the exclusive property of VR Care India, protected under India's Copyright Act, 1957. Limited personal, non-commercial use and single-copy sharing with attribution are permitted. Unauthorized use of company branding is prohibited. Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality of shared proprietary information. Each party shall apply at least the same degree of care to protect the other party's confidential information as it applies to its own, but no less than reasonable care. Specific obligations are governed by signed consulting agreements.
Services and website content are offered "as is" and "as available" without warranties. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness, non-infringement, uninterrupted service, error-free operation, and virus-free access. Information accuracy and completeness are not guaranteed and may not reflect the most current developments in hospital regulations, accreditation standards, or healthcare policy.
VR Care India disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential damages, lost profits, data loss, and business opportunity losses, including damages arising from reliance on information found on this website.
Our total liability in connection with any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to VR Care India in the twelve (12) months preceding the event.
Clients indemnify VR Care India against claims related to website use violations, third-party rights infringement, and misrepresentations made during engagements.
These terms are governed by Indian law without conflict-of-law application. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through good-faith negotiations within thirty (30) days of written notice. Unresolved disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Mumbai, Maharashtra courts.
The website includes links to Calendly, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Google Maps. VR Care India does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for any content, products, or services offered by third parties. Third-party service use is governed by their respective terms.
